You can pay the registration fee by credit card or through PayPal account (if you have). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by email.
Instructions for Presenters
At least one author of each accepted paper must finish the registration by the deadline of the early registration,
and give a presentation of their paper at the conference.
You can find your presentation day and time in the conference program.
A tentative program will be available on the conference website by the end of September 2015.
Each talk is 25 minutes long. It is recommended to use 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion and switch to the next speaker. We strongly encourage you to arrive in the assigned session room at least 5 minutes prior to the start of
the session and transfer your presentation file (in PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat pdf) to the computer installed in the session room. You can use your own notebook computer for your presentation. If you use your own PC, please keep in mind that you do not take extra time to set up the system.
Visitors from some countries may need a visa to enter Japan.
